lun, you got skill and i think you should buy scroll saw to make that kind of art beautifully..no need laser cutter..
rm10/piece and ~40 persons order from you already cover the cost of buying the saw..and then more order..ah..manyak untung...

that depends on the brand..roughly it will cost you around rm300-500..but if you buy the dremel,it wil cost you arm and leg

ah again..you dont need laser cutter for the shining edge aka non-frosted look..just use a blow torch (not your regular gas stove ok) to smooth out the cut area..use the torch slowly and make sure dont melt it until it ruins your acrylic..it's the easiest way than sanding..

but personally i like the frosted edges on the acrylic..
