lun, you got skill and i think you should buy scroll saw to make that kind of art beautifully..no need laser cutter..
rm10/piece and ~40 persons order from you already cover the cost of buying the saw..and then more order..ah..manyak untung... brows.gif

that depends on the brand..roughly it will cost you around rm300-500..but if you buy the dremel,it wil cost you arm and leg icon_idea.gif

laser cut hav a shine edge. using either chooping saw or scroll saw also need to sandin the edge.summore handmake thing,too slow.

ah again..you dont need laser cutter for the shining edge aka non-frosted look..just use a blow torch (not your regular gas stove ok) to smooth out the cut area..use the torch slowly and make sure dont melt it until it ruins your acrylic..it's the easiest way than sanding.. nod.gif

but personally i like the frosted edges on the acrylic..
