which e71 shud i take? grey or black steel?
i have tried e66 but the sliding feel is not very springy...slide half way and then need to push manually to open fully...

cheapest i can get tdy from retail is rm1270 ori...got 1 shop in sg wang said the 2gb need to charge money 1...so i jz went off upon hearing that...

jz got myself a 2nd hand e71 black...hehe
but how come i press *#0000# or *#7870# got nothing comes out... and i press *#7370#, it asked for passcode...the default should be '12345' right? but cannot proceed pulak... by reinstalling the firmware, is considered as formatting also right? |

ic...let me try that at home...besides muting it, can i set the backlight to be constantly on instead of blinking when ppl call in?
another question, when i press menu->office->dictionary(chinese icon), it says 'Dictionary word information missing. Install word database'.... i downloaded chinese mobile dictionary from nokia.com.my and installed it...still the same message appears...how ar? |

ok...now i know when in 'General' profile, the lcd wont blink when the phone rings...and can mute the ring tone jz by pressing the 'options'...
in 'silent' profile, the lcd will blink when the phone rings...and cannot mute the vibration... thx domokun for his phone...hehe...beginning to master symbian... |

haha...cant really choose the vibration method unlike Motorola...
btw, pressing '0' at the homescreen for long period will bring up the internet browser... |

did u enabled the connection?
try look at the top left...there should be a few 'bars' icon...if not, u click there, and then choose 'use internal gps'... |
