Found a neat little app that will display the time in every screen. The software is called FreeTimeBox. You can read the review here(http://www.e71fanatics.com/2009/04/what-time-is-it-get-clock-anywhere-just.html)

It can be downloaded here(http://sites.google.com/site/symbianaddictsite/Home/FreeTimeBox_v1.05_freeware.sisx)

Try looking for Nokia Conversation from their betalabs or Free-iSMS which what i'm using now. But it is unsigned so you need to sign it by yourself.
