Yes, I dont think it is internet connection problem after you have tried so many times.
I believe there is some file corrupted or clash within your firmware.
Its better for you to send your phone to nearest nokia center for troubleshooting nod.gif

It's normal for cold start and it's very much depends on weather aswell.

Anyone here after moved those applications like Garmin XT to GPS folder , Handy software into the installation folder and after awhile , the phone stuck and refuse to go into Menu.
If you press those shortcut to go calendar , message and so on , everything will be okay expect going into Menu.

After reboot the phone , those application list will be messy again.  sad.gif

Anyone encounter before ?
*
I experienced freezing menu before during previous version firmware.
But everything back to normal after I update to the latest firmware, this is also one of the reasons that lead me to update without hestitate smile.gif

hm...... new or used....
*
If difference only around RM200, then I suggest you go for new so you can throw away all the worries.

If only the difference in around RM300 plus then I only will consider 2nd hand set, but still you need to take the risk and accept the condition of a 2nd hand item.

If you cannot stand the worries, then I suggest might as well you go for a new set..cheers

If you wish to have a longer battery hours, I suggest you remain at old version firmware.
BUt of course the con side that you cannot enjoy the latest firmware updates smile.gif

U can save the 4 cents by disable your AGPS =)

Tools>Settings>General>Positioning>Positioning Methods
Correct me if I am wrong

By the way, I would like to ask everytime you connect your precious E71 to PC with Nokia PC Suite...how you guys remove the cable after finish everything?
Is there a standard method to disconnect your E71 with PC Suite???
