where to/how to install garmin map on E71?

I guess is the full screen thinggy .. Which man ur e71 displaying ur wallpaper on the whole screen without the top and bottom status and menu bar

to get the full screen wallpaper, you need to get a theme without bars..last time i used to use Taib's theme as he created a lot of theme without bars..cant access his side now days for unknown reason..

i've realize something..after upgrading my firm last week, the clock during power saver mode are not moving/working..iz it a bug?

few questions i have now...

1) first time i loaded Garmin XT...it's able to locate the satellite but now cannot...

2) i tried surfing Maxis WAP using Maxis 3G Internet, MMS, Streaming and WAP settings but unable to do so cos it'll prompt out an error msg saying Packet Data: connection not allowed...

pls help...thanks a bunch!

for garmin, make sure you turn on your integrated gps selection..i forgot under which menu selection..sudah lama tak pakai e71 la

for garmin: to turn on ur intergrated gps:-->menu>setting>general>positioning>positioning method>select all but bluetooth.
for ur internet.. make sure ur line is gprs/edge/3g ready.. try go to ur nearest maxis centre or jus do it online to get ur setting. once setting is configure and ur line is grps/edge/3g ready. u can access internet d..

Added on May 7, 2009, 11:40 amu mean the time during power saver mode not update is it? it will show 7.45pm when the real time is already 8.45pm is it? i hav tis problem as well i jus get a flash them which hav time and power to overwrite it.. hehhee..

Is there a way to permanently turn off the wifi? Whenever Im in my office..it will auto connect to the WLAN there! Even after numerous times of turning it off..it will eventually get connected back again!!!

Press on the Wlan Scanning on ur screen and select WLan scan off.

If cannot, Go to setting>connection>wireless Lan>Show Wlan availability>Select Never

Then u r done... Cheers...

Its already showing Never

i think you should check on your email connection setting..the auto retrieve setting..
