Drink warm water more often, get rest in between your works and don't strain too much. Warm bathes too.

Try getting warm (really warm) water + honey. It helps with your throat and probable fever+flu.

It's hard to explain but when our mind on overload, our body complains by giving out colds, fatigue and etc. Take better care.

Take a break now. Get away from the computer screen. Wash face and get a warm drink. Walk around a little. Breath.

I know it's lame but it'll help. Trust me.

Well dear. =x It's really your calling. Just rest for a minute or two, it won't kill you. I hated doing flash before too. i can relate, though I may not be on par as you whom take it as a major.

I did travel overseas, to Singapore and Thailand before school year...

After school year, my parents do not allow me to travel overseas...

All the while, my parents travel overseas, but i don't.....

Anyway, since i am studying in college, there is a possibility that i may travel overseas

they offer very good internship there...yeah.. language needed..
but for certain course in certain school offers english.. but with tuition fees...
