Dont use OffGamers.com. Ridiculous verification system. Paypal verified address still need Tenaga bill to verify address. I am tenant, not landlord.

Yep, I'll go with this and say don't use offgamers as well. The verification is well over the top and you don't get your product straight away either.

Apparently no one works on the weekend who can scan and email me a CD key either...

I find that hard to believe, been using offgamers for my gamepath and wow reloads for sometime now, and the delivery has always been prompt. The verification was comprehensive for my first transaction but after that everything was a breeze.

I doubt I'd be angry if a service provider actually cares about proper security of my payment info.

btw, there are also Sendi Mutiara & Run Up games. You can get Cyber cafe licenses via Sendi mutiara if not mistaken. saw a few in Penang before.
