the spaghetti is good.. as u dont take in the soup(the water where u cook ur spaghetti) notice the water is always yellowish or cloudy<--might be wax..

oi seriously man
spaghetti having wax, first time I've heard of such theory. The water turns white because of the starch leaking out of the spaghetti while the spaghetti absorbs the water. That's why the noodles enlarge while boiling.

cooking spaghetti take bout a good 30 minute to get soft and tender..

another good comment, spaghetti only takes like 8 minutes to cook to al dente in boiling water with some salt added, where did you get 30 minutes from?

Anyway, that's a much better alternative to maggi mee anyway.
Cook 1/4 a packet of pasta and canned pasta sauce like bolognese, voila relatively healthy dinner. Want some meat? Buy some ground beef or chicken and fry in kuali with garlic/onions/carrots/tomatoes before you add the pasta sauce. Easy nutritious dinner.

in european countries, they use lard...not sure about here

Depends on the type of sauce. Carbonara, yes they fry bacon and other parts of the pig and use the resulting oil to cook the rest of the sauce and/or the pasta. Bolognese, marinara, etc. no lard added.
