i've been trying to upgrade to Firmware v20.175 but can't, tried reinstalling NSU and everything, even tried using another pc also failed, the failed update msg appears after finishing download the 130+ MB of update. Anyone faces the same problem too? What's the solution workaround?

I think it refers to the "Exchange server" setting in Mail for Exchange profile -> Connection, you should be able to enter that setting during creation of the profile.

Mine has format like this: mobile.<company-name>.com, but I guess this setting varies.
