hey guys, i just get my n85 and i cannot get the latest firmware update even i click the OTA or download from nokia software updater its still showing me the latest version is V11, what i can do?
and how to crack the phone for symbian?

i'm having trouble with creating a profile.
after entering the details etc, it says "Unable to retrieve Exchange Server name. Enter server name in the Connection settings" and shortly followed by "System error. Please try again later."

doesn't the connection settings tab come AFTER creating the profile?
or was it referring to Tools -> Settings -> Connection?
this is the latest version of MfE in the v.20 firmware.
what's the way to resolve it?

I think it refers to the "Exchange server" setting in Mail for Exchange profile -> Connection, you should be able to enter that setting during creation of the profile.

Mine has format like this: mobile.<company-name>.com, but I guess this setting varies.

You can try to look at this for guidance on the setting
