Anyone knows how to disable using of internet from sim? my prepaid is causing alot .

For Maxis Users: If all of the above suggestion fails, you need to insert a non maxis simcard and then set the APN with some gebberish words and then swap back your simcard. Your internet connection should fail to connect.

To disable EDGE, go to [Settings/General/Network/Cellular Data Network]. Place gibberish words to completely disable EDGE connection like below:
APN: iPhone
Username: iPhone
Password: iPhone

For this i am using hotlink does this apply? like i need to put a non maxis simcard and then?

Added on January 30, 2010, 6:37 pmJust now i put my digi sim car and i change the top one to all Iphone like it said. But my MMS part i left it blank. Is that correct? And i put back the hotlink sim card.

So now i can just use my phone with wifi to online right?
