Guys...please help to sort out my confusion I'm new to the phone and in the process of trying out the applications using iTunes on my comp. The thing is, I can't quite understand how to relate function between using iTunes to download the apps and using my iPhone to download it. What's the reasoning of getting apps to iTunes on my computer and to my phone? For now, I know that if I want to use any apps, I just download from the Apps Store from my phone. But don't know about the function in getting the apps from iTunes on my comp...any explanation on this is really appreciated, thanks! If it helps, I've never connected my phone to my comp yet @_@ This post has been edited by pinksapphire: Sep 14 2009, 01:56 AM

Ohh, so it adds those apps in the iTunes to my phone if I sync them... So, could I delete them from the folder after they're synced or just leave it there? One more question, if we download those apps when they are having Free promotion, what happens one year down the line when there are version upgrades or price increase, etc.? And if I were to delete App A from my iPhone and let's say install it 6 months later, is it still free? My point is, if an app is up for free offer and we got it, it will it remain free for life without expiry? Thanks a bunch for the time reading this!

Hi, nokia2003 and all Thanks alot for the scenario, I'm much clearer now Seems very good that they have this feature to be able to track previously purchased stuffs, at least it's somewhat worthwhile to spend without having to pay again if anything happens...

QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Sep 14 2009, 10:51 PM) @pinksapphire & llsphinxll, Just take note this "free" 2nd download is onli applicable at the Apps Store and NOT applicable for when you're downloading iTunes music. Assuming U deleted the song by accident and redownload the same song, U will be charged a 2nd time. Ohh...thanks for this yea

Are we able to copy contacts stored in iPhone to SIM? As far as I'm concerned, it's not possible for a non-JB set. If this can't be done, it's quite dum dum of Apple to make it like that, isn't it =[
Thanks.

Thanks for the feedbacks, guys.
So, if we sync contacts using iTunes...it does add those numbers to the SIM...right? Or it does not? Sorry, just needed to confirm in case I read wrongly.

I know this doesn't really matter to most people since we're most likely to click accept, but did anyone read the updated term and condition of the iTunes, the one regarding the use of iTunes Store that's only applicable to US people and not those outside of US? It says that they may use technology to determine this if necessary or something like that. This can be found in the first page. So, is this referring to people who creates US account but resides somewhere else, like...M'sia?

QUOTE(Kazachok @ Nov 1 2009, 06:41 PM) Yes. but most unlikely they'll disturb you. been using itunes us in russia for almost 2 years now QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Nov 1 2009, 08:03 PM) @pinksapphire, If ur credits are "real" and legitimate should be fine. I'd been purchasing via the US Store ever since June 2008 and thus far all is fine Hey guys, thanks for the replies. Yeah, I was thinking the same too. I don't think they would really want to hold it against us on anything, but would be good to know how you all think, hehe...everything else of mine is legitimate thus far (except I'm not physically in US, lol)...
