yup.. easier with malaysian credit card. bought an app last saturday using credit card. no hassle at all.

i hit a strange problem just now. i sync my iphone at around 11:30am then i download an apps at around 11:45 but didnt snyc it. when i sync at around 2am, itunes tell me that "my iphone not authorized on this computer" and request that i authorize it which i did. but then after the authorization, itunes tell me that i have authorized 2 computers out of 5 available.

problem is i have been using the same laptop with the same acct ever since i got my iphone end august. never ever i used other computers to sync with itunes before. does anyone encountered this problem before?

nope.. so far only upgraded itunes from 8 to 9..

I'm using iPhone 3GS and PC running Win 7 32bit. I got this error message when trying to update to iOS 4.0.

the iphone "xxxx iphone" cannot be updated because it contains files that are in use by another application. tried 3 times already. rebooted PC and iPhone as well. After I got the error, I reconnect my iphone and itunes indicates that I should setup as a new iPhone or restore from backup. I tried restore but it says my backup wasn't successful. I know that my backup was successful because there were no error messages when I backup the phone everytime before I sync.

I had to reboot my PC in order for itunes to recognize my iphone again..

got a problem. I have 1 notebook and a PC and both has itunes acct which I sync my iPhone with and no problems whatsoever. I backup my iPhone on both my notebook and PC. Problem is when i tried to restore my iphone it only works with the notebook and failed on my PC. Notebook runs on Windows XP while PC runs on Windows 7.

The following messages appears when it failed. "itunes could not restore the iphone because the backup session failed" and "the iphone cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13014)"

anyone has similar problem? or any solution? tried disabling the firewall and antivirus but same thing.

I had similar situation. What I did was I reboot my pc and try restore again. If u still hit problems again then do a hard reset but all contacts and other stuff except for the apps cannot be recovered.
My problems was with the restore whenever I want to upgrade my IOS. Luckily I backup to another notebook but it backdate to a month. But still lucky..
