Come stay with me and see what i eat, the amount i eat...
then only u compare.

BTW, i am 180cm and am double your weight.
You wanna gain weight, lift weights + eat more.

Just eating moar alone will cause u to have a huge tummy in ur mid section
which i'm sure it's not what u want.

i eat 2800kcal a day...
i need 2500kcal to maintain, i burn 300kcal thru exercise.
if i'm lazy, that 300kcal goes to my waist.
