afternoon eat rice + some beef + some vege + some peanut - 600kcal
tea time eat 3 slice wholegrain bread + 3 egg white + half egg yolk +fruit - 350kcal
dinner eat rice + some fish + some vege + some peanut - 600kcal
before sleep drink 250-300ml low fat milk - 150kcal
total about 2600-2700 kcal a day. So can you eat something like this ?
