They asked us last week to come to their main office today in Kuala Lumpur. Well, to show them some efforts my friend who is the main iPhone app programmer was busy designing basic stuffs for the proposed apps (as I am in-charge of gaming division tho). Not really full functioning but at least the app is capable of showing maps and images related with RapidKL (routes, bus stops and such) for our presentation. Since I have other jobs needed to be done in office, so my boss went there instead with another colleague as he is the salesman anyway. There they went to KL with high hopes. In the afternoon, they went back to office and my boss said, "What a waste of time". I was pondering why and asked to him regarding the matter. Guess what? RapidKL asked us to develop app for FREE. Wait whut? Yeah, tight on budget but FREE? The hell, mate. Cheapskate RapidKL. Oh, since I am the one developing car drift game for iPhone, they even asked my boss whether we can develop a freaking BUS drifting game.
