not really dangerous it seems coz the person said he chased the thing to take its picture...sound funny rite??

copyrights of the pictures belongs to the photographer... not the subject or subject owner. as long as the photographer does not release the copyright of the pictures.. they can use it in whichever way they see fit.

since this is not a commissioned photo and the subject is not being paid or paying for the photos.. the rights remains to the photographer..

i am the one who inverted the pics for comparisson after fellow members here decided that the picture is best posted in lynhunter's thread. As i mentioned in earlier communications, it's not to target you personally but rather, to provide a picture for someone to decipher. it's not your face that we are targeting, but the grey mask infront of the face is the subject of discussion.

i am one of the moderators in that thread. if you feel that you have been subject to individual harrasement and injustice has been done to you in anyway, please present a show cause here.

As far as i m concerned, the pictures was not used in anyway for monetary gain, nor was it used to promote pornography or violence. Thus, in no way the picture was abused. especially if it's a group shot..

in the process of promoting activities via public forums with pictures, the picture is the topic of discussion, not the subject itself. as for the pictorial circulation, it's subject to the discretion of image owner, in this case, the photographer.

again, i stress that should you feel that you are a victim of circumstancial abuse, pleae state your case and i will discuss with zenox of the outcome.

the 'Comparison pictures' has been removed by another mod for purpose unknown to me. I will post it up should i see fit for discussion.

my advise to you is in future, please do not participate in any 'Group Pictures' or have any of your photos captured in these activities should you feel that your privacy has been violated. posing to have your pics taken is a sign of consent.

i think you should enable the forum category in lynhnters... and make it serious discussion. we we mods will clean up the threads to ensure unecessary spams and non-contributing facts.. that way, lynhunters will at least have some discipline and responsibility.

also, if i may suggest, please have some 'liability statements' and 'Terms & Conditions' for outings and picture discussion. you could also publish a non-disclosure policy to all new potential members..

boss...i only manage the web...forum category managed by joonchingg and vasilli... and for the web i made a few moderators aswell...including u also... u can edit almost everything in the web but the only limitations are u cant kick members...
