Date of transaction: March 14 and 29

Need advice on this forumer (Brian)...

OK here's the thing, I have recently deal with this forumer (Brian). Deal with him twice (both my mistake) in two different location.

The first Deal (Devastator)
Date of transaction: March 14-15 (not that sure but around that 2 days la)
Place: In front of Bank in front of IOI Puchong
Deal with him via lyn.. nego punya nego agreed to deal on rm120.
The day we met he negotiated and somehow we got to an agreement of rm100 due to he complain yang my devastator berabuklah, thisla that la... etc.
BUT that day I left the instructions behind so he gave me rm80, and did mention that he will bank in rm20 to my maybank account.
Still waiting for the rm20 to be in my maybank account but still not in yet.

Send SMS but still waiting for him to reply.....

The 2nd Deal (DVD OP)
Date of transaction: March 29

My second mistake was dealing with the same person... 
Ok this time, he did not manage to buy the DVD OP BUT he "patahkan" or in simple words he broke the right leg of the DVD OP.
This is how the incident happen.
At first macam orang lain... kalau nak beli dia cakap dia nak test dulu. Reason dia cakap dia nak test whether the thing is in good condition.
So I let him try, try punya try.... PRAK.. he broke the OP.

When the thing happen
1) He did not want to buy
2) He did not want to pay for damages
3) He did not want to help to search for parts

Solution dia....
1) Dia nak tukar with another item (with conditions)
2) Sell to him the OP at less than rm150 - due to the thing is already faulty.
3) Give him the OP so that he can help to sell. Then revenue will be shared.

At the same time, dia dah DEAL dengan satu buyer via Ebay (dia cakap).
1) So, as u know that now the OP has already become a CACAT OP.
2) And the best thing about this deal is that the buyer has already paid for the item and awaiting for the item to be delivered.
3) He contacted the buyer and request for refund BUT the buyer doesn't want to!!
4) The buyer bengang and ask for pictures (as proof)
5) So later.. he contacted me and ask for pictures to help him solve his case...
6) I posted the pic... and showed the defact/tempat patah.
7) Dia tak puas hati... and ask me to lepak with him and discuss on how to help him to solve his problem!!

So fellow forumers... what do u think if u kena the same thing???

For me...
1) aku dah kena tiau... 2 kali plak tu...
2) tension
3) lagi tension sebab dah la rugi, OP patah, duit tak dapat, pastuh dia asyik sms/call sebab nak suruh aku settlekan prob dia!!
