Hey guys i just want to start a topic for all the electronic music producers/instrumentalists out there...whatever it may be that you produce. I'm more or less a hip hop producer but i also do house(kinda latinish). I use FL Studio and for hip hop my sound is pretty much whats mainstream right now*808s and synths*

I would like to collaborate with producers, rappers, djs...it'd be nice to just jam and see how our flavors mix

...anyway guys lets get it rolling...if you produce introduce yourself and tell us more

Been dabbling in FL for about a year and a half now.

I produce and remix mainly asian happy hardcore tunes, more commonly known as feng tau in this part of the world. I spin in a such clubs around KL.

Unlike the feng tau tracks of yester-year, which is more of looping another tracks beat over a vocal sample and time stretching the vocals to the pitch of Alvin and the Chipmunks, we actually infuse musical elements in the tracks of today. The basic theory of music now applies. Aggressive sounding riffs, heart pounding kicks and floor shaking basslines.

It's all about creating the flow of the track to "catch" our listeners kick. If you get what i mean.

I've use Fl Studio and make couple of song in 2005.Click here.
But it sounds very beginner-ish la.
I'm kinda stop playing with FL Studio because got lots of other thing to do.
Its very time consuming...
