I was in love with the location and the apartment design. But here is the bad points:

a) car park flooded 4 feet before and damage lift and squash court. Only happened once. (this apartment already 15 years old)
-------------> when this happened, whole penang also almost flooded
b) pipe is galvanised one so its a bit rusty

But I'm too in love with location. Its extreme location with everything I need and I ever wanted. View is fantastic also.

How???

another thing is, I saw the management only got:

RM70,000. Can they manage 89 unit apartment with just RM70,000? I heard the management use RM10,000 per month.
And the management fees is:

RM185 x 89 = RM16,465 (some didn't pay)

Do you think management is running at dangerously low?

Take control or keep a keen eye on the JMB, nothing beats a good JMB, then rectify all that need rectifying. rusty due to salt from the sea, check the wiring as well.

btw, freehold?

yes yes. This is freehold. I'm more concern about the flood. I scared it'll happen again. Some car got damage during the previous flood. icon_question.gif
