Regarding your Korea Wii's region, from what I've searched from the web Korean Wii is in own specific region. Which means it can only play Korean games and nothing else, unless modifications is performed on the console or the firmware.

Please use the Official Wii Discussion Thread to ask your future questions about Wii without the piracy discussion, questions about region locking is allowed here.
