Didn't notice a thread for other accessories so I thought I'd share my findings from today's shopping trip. I was looking for a keyboard n screen protector for my MBA.

Machine at Lot10 was selling Capdase Keysaver Breather at rm58 n the screen protector at rm79. Epi at Pavilion was selling Keysaver at rm69 n the screen protector at rm129!

Needless to say, I spent my money at Machine, Lot 10 n saved rm61. Hehe

I bought mine from 1Utama for rm99. So if u can get cheaper than that is good. I saw some online traders selling at rm120!

OMG that's terribly expensive! Where u bought it?

Oh ok. If not available locally at the time then fair enuf. I thought u just bought it.

I forgot whether I bought it from 1U or Pavilion but it is the same Moshi Palmguard in silver. Rm99 only.

Will check my receipt afterwards to c which shop it was.

Pavilion Epi got some IS on clearance sale. They just chuck it on top of the cabinet top. I saw some for MBA. Dunno MBP got or not. The Moshi Palmguard receipt can't find oredi lol. Sry guys, I been shopping so much the past few weeks until I forgot where I bought some of the stuff. Rest assured the Moshi price is rm99, that I remember for sure. Hehe

Just took a look at 1U Machine shop. No Moshi Palmguard there, means I got mine from Pavilion Epi.

Capdase Breather is excellent too. Fits the keyboard perfectly with vent holes for heat to escape. The Switcheasy I tried at the shop was terrible though. Horribly thick silicone n doesn't even fit the keyboard nicely. It's like a big fat carpet sitting on top of the keyboard.

I got the Capdase in smoked color, very nice as it hides the alphabets nicely without affecting the backlight when u need it. While surfing in public places can key in passwords without ppl seeing what we're typing on the smoked keyboard.

Those who cant touch type can use the backlight. Can see clearly with the light on. Just that when in public places we can turn off the light n keyboard becomes invisible.

Just got a screen protector for my MBA 11". VZtec brand from All IT, only rm9.90!!!!! I have the expensive type that costs rm80-90 on my MBA 13" n they look just the same. Never gonna buy those con job 80-90 screen protectors again.




All IT at Ikano has some really nice messenger bags at only rm79. Those that look like the bicycle couriers in New York city type.
