met up with nimrod323 a moment ago to get my new sleeve,
responsible seller and do buy with confidence from him guys received my AppleSac Original from him and as expected its a naturalist kinda sleeve, ![]() ![]() ![]() due to the natural fibers used in manufacturing, hemp was all over the place trapped in the sherpa fleece as well, but no harm done, macbook is still alright ![]() ![]() picture for comparison between a normal sleeve and the AppleSac ![]() will update more if the need arises, pictures do the talking for now. |

hehehe it is tempting thats why I'm doing the bulk.
This might be a one time off bulk, so grab your chance people, and tinkerbel has one, maybe she can shed some light on the quality of the sleeves. |

time for a short review of the foof sleeves i've got for myself and others recently!
after using this for almost a week, i've no qualms on this sleeve i've decided to splurge on! i'll let the pictures do the talking here's the packaging it came in! ![]() ![]() ![]() apple+koi for CNY! ![]() My MBP looks so cosy inside the sleeve ![]() friend's 'It's not easy being green' made by vibrant green widewale corduroy ![]() my 'Nishikigoi' ![]() The koi motive on the sleeves, apparently the fabric is a type of japanese cotton. as they said, "We choose fabric materials that are personal and unique, funky or beautiful, crazy or just hard-to-obtain" ![]() have you foof yet? Pictures aside, the sleeve is well worth the money I'm paying for compared to the Colcasac which another forummer had said, the fiber from the hemp tends to get loose and sticks to your clothing which kinda annoys me sometimes. Quality wise, it is way better than the Colcasac, although it doesn't have a cover to prevent your mac from slipping off, it doesn't slip off due to its snug and tight fitting of the sleeve. Have tried my MBP on my friend's foof Macbook sleeve and mine slip off due to the wider size of the Macbook sleeve, which really shows how detailed this guys are to provide us with a snug fit for our macs! and of course the aesthetics wise of the sleeve, this just screams attention compared to my Colcasac which just gives a resounding dull. The reason i chose the Colcasac for comparison is because its the only other sleeve I have to compare with the foof, moreover their price is in the same price range of around 120-140. so have you foof yet? have a look at their website, there are certainly more designs over there! http://foofshop.com/ I might get greedy, now i'm targeting this Nami Aka for my second sleeve from them ![]() |
