Firstly you need to check around the forum for the correct section to post this up.
Just wait for the moderator to help you move the topic O_O
You need to at least tell us your budget first :}

i don think she needs a benq, the GC abit high end for her need. should things go bad, she'll be facing very hot notebook. toshiba i aint sure about quality but ive friends whose parts r chipping, hinges losing and paint falling
for RM 4,200. i would recommend TS, a Dell Latitude E6400, 14.1" but lighter than 1.9kg, nice for lady and big enuff screen. though a biz GPU but is a class 3 GC if not mistaken and handle mid range game more than sufficient, and a magnesium alloy notebook. a P8600 processor is a leading processor. for latitude, quality is top notch so don hv to worry about reliability, coupled with a 3yrs 'professional' warranty (included in the price)-provides a double insurance at such price.
why dell than other brand? cuz TS seem to me, dono much about pc, dell service is suitable for her. at rm4,200 latitude is teh best warranty, service n quality and spec is not at all behind any model out there which usually compromise one aspect over the other, but not latitude- a situation which seem perfect for an all rounder user like TS
for such budget, i wud recommend lenovo and fujitsu also but idk much about them. cuz pricy model for those brands r usually reliable, at least low defect rate over other brands

Since you are a girl, you might want to try...
- something light but not too small, it really hurt your shoulders if you have to lug 3-4kgs around. something like 13.3" LCD laptop size is usually 1-2 kgs nowdays.
- Dell & Asus offers some very nice 13.3" laptops, good enough for maple story, unless you want to play games like crysis/far cry2. Dell can customized the CPU to one of the very powerful core, the T9500.
- it would be easier for you to look at a few laptops, then list out your options, the forumers would be more than willing to give their "infinite" 2cents.
- Warranty is important, HP & Dell allows you to upgrade the warranty from 1yr to 3yr. For example, a LCD breaks can really cost you almost a thousand.
- a word of advice, go around the forum & enter some thread that is related, it will give you a better understand into the market.
