MY PC:

Processor : Q6600

Motherboard : GIGABYTE EP45-UD3R

RAM : Team Elite ddr800 4GB

PSU : SilverStone Strider ST56F " 560 W "

Graphic card : ATI 3870

Advise me on overclocking. I am a noob here! I need some opinions here for good and very stable overclocking biggrin.gif

Is it possible to reach 3.4GHZ ( 428 MHZ X 8 multiplier ) ???

I have tried ( 380 x 8 ), my Pc would hang <<< Why???

Is it wise/good to increase the Bus Speed and reduce the multiplier ???

What else can i do? I am not so good in Vcore or OC the Ram, etc....
