if you haven't noticed, terrace links in very popular areas now >800K, warm areas 500-700K. areas like klang, kajang, rawang now pushing prices to 400-500k.question is are people really paying that much in these outer areas for own stay or simply trying to catch a supposedly last boat to make some $?
