Eh.. SAAG no guarantee one ah... this one I follow feeling and some news fed to me.. so far this guy has been quite accurate la.. he gave me Gamuda and E&O last time round. He said SAAG still got loads of life left... maybe need to hold so don't play goreng2...

profits is one thing... this counter last bull run fluctuate like MAD one... their concern is their shrinking order books. Last round I punt more on waseong... what a big mistake.. SAAG flew like mad... as I said, this counter if the bulls continue to rampage... can go very far... esp if crude demand goes up, their contract book value goes up, if you hold 50,000... could be a new car and house from the shares..

Look at it this way... 10k for 2,200/- plus a bit of kopi money.... lose.. lose 2.2k MAX... can't even buy a scrap proton @ 5k ah...

what if there is an upside to it? Global economy may not yet stabilize although some positive news coming there are still uncertainty.. if you think that there is a huge downside to it that the CI will go to sub 700 then wait, if you think that based on the stabling numbers that the y.o.y drop has stabilized, that means there is a base on which we can anticipate. Market is about 6 months ahead of the economy.. personally, I am inclined to say that the worst is probably over. Caution may still be in the air but I feel there is more optimism that permeates the market today than in Jan/Feb and subsequent March.. mending? I think so. My 2.5sen worth of thoughts... inflation la. charge .5sen more..

having said that, I do not think that the market will just surge... there will be corrections and major corrections along the way, so if you play the cycle correctly...

Market is pretty much like politics.. its all about perception and sentiment. Am sure during Dec - Jan 09... whatever good news that comes out of it is frowned upon. And see how fast perception as to the economy is today.. optimism abound. Good? I sure hope so.

Wanted to go in this morning but with DJIA down 200 odd points, I was under the impression that there is still ROOM to go down but it did not... geez.... KLSE now should rank amongst the BEST performer in the region.
