Then you need to hibernate for few days and weeks. 

They have successfully goreng up, they won't let go instantly. In between they will still goreng it, so that they can clear stocks more easily. If they let go totally, then nobody will buy, by then how they can dispose their holding.

It will be awhile before goreng season ended, it won't end instantly.

I'm looking to add more to mine as well...but was hoping to get it below 1.40

Axreit is going to announce its Q result next Monday, so if they really change the distribution policy to quarterly instead of semi-annual, will get another 3.x cents from it. <-- this is a supporting factor for the price.
So unless it reported dismay result, which unlikely as 20-30% lease only expired next year and another 30% or following year, we still could see some ok result with some yield which is much better off than FD rate.

Unless getting some negatively news, it probably will hover around stay around this region of price 1.30-1.40 for sometimes.
