She told you to move on, well there might be 2 reasons to this:
1) She don't want to be the bad girl giving you false hopes (which means theres still chance) theres always a way
2) She's asking you to move on as a nice gesture but in a way hoping you wouldn't. (girls want every boy to themselves)
(there might be other reasons to this but from what you wrote here I strongly feel it is no.2)

The 2 of you still talk to each other on the phone and not in real life? Good. Thats a good sign!
Continue doing this.
Make it a habit to call her at a particular time.
For example, if you call her at 9pm sharp everyday, make sure you do it without fail everyday 9pm sharp!
OR
Find out the time she usually is free/talks to other guys on the phone. Disrupt her activities. Call her. Get her busy on the phone.
Make it a habit!

Do this for I'd say, 2 weeks straight. or 3 weeks max (you don't want to freak her out unless she really enjoys the phone with you, which also means easier jackpot brother)
on the 4th week,
stop calling her
She will be expecting your calls.
It might not hit her for the first 3 days but trust me she will start to wonder..
What went wrong? What did she do to mess this up? Why are you not calling? You have a new girl? Have you lost interest? Did she get fat?
