I worte an email to them regarding to slow international links last week and in the past days they called me several times.
Yesterday they called me again to tell me that they would send a technician to my house tomorrow. I know the issue can't be solved by such a visit.But I still wanna see what kind of explanations the technician will give me. |

Don't talk about downloading...even normal surfing Internet is still a big issue...Luckily I have my own Singapore VPN server,so I can now surf the foreign websites smoothly...
