no improvement here.
60.53 - very slow / throttled. 60.49 - full speed (will disconnect in about 30mins), leaving my router in hang state. |

Area : Bayan lepas State: Penang When this problem started: for the past 3 weeks the best i can manage is during 9am to 12noon, 30kb/s average. other times downloading is less than 10kb/s surfing is so-so Connection will die in 1hrs |

i subscribe streamyx in 2002. I am the first 1000 subscriber.
2002 to 2004, glory days 2004 to 2005, throttling begins (for torrents). 3-5% downtime. 2005 to date, 20% pure down time, 30% smooth, 50% frequent disconnection. |

my gut feel is that they have started to throttle ALL international downloads.
in this respect I'd say TMNET very successful. Let's face it, I've not really had too much trouble browsing since the end of March till today mayhem. |

noticed some improvements...been steadying at 40-50kb/s (512k line) for 2-3 hours, with disconnect or 0 speed for 10-15mins in between.
