I've noticed that every time each 11am all speed is zombie snail type... till 12am midnight the speed is back to snail type... O.o

comformed, for my case - streamyx cut down my speed by around 70% after 11am till 1am the next day... during 1am-11am only can browse web with full speed...
So the case is, am i paying rm 160 every month just for the 10 hours of 'best' internet experience??? |

is even slower than yesterday... I get max is 16kbps from everysite... so does speed test... *Rm 160 4Mbps* 4Mbps the M mayb is not Mega is Milli~
