Still stuck at 118 and 115 IP. If I get the 60 IP range, it is like with no DNS... so weird.

So weird nowadays. Been a while since I download from RS. Today.... starting this morning I connect and get IP 115 and the download speed have been 170kbps until now stable. So weird....

Some people complaining that RS speed so slow now but for me... on IP 115, 118 or 60 is no problem, speed stable at 170kbps . Never get 124 in my area.
