5 a.m til 6.30 a.m....download speed is back to normal...

Not sure for how long on such odd hours.

frankly, I've been having this slowdown since last week of last month...

and it's very rare if you wish to get even with TMnet...there isn't much you can do. Send in complains...that's it....and still wait.
the customer service isn't gonna do much but file more reports....
scolding them ain't gonna make things better too...coz they aren't the people fixing and troubleshooting it...

this is the very reason why there should be MORE broadband players in the country instead of just ONE that monopolize the entire country's land lines....

But there is not much that can be done for land lines...laying new infrastructures are costly...and provisioning cost is the same.

Only way is to have new regulations that any downtime of customers below a certain kbps would deem that void to bill customers for that week, days or months.
This might just enforce them to perform much more regular performance analysis.
That again...would be costly again....so, why would anyone set such rules?...

not much choice, gotta just bear with it.

I have planned to get a bunch of kintergarden kids to gulp down tons of Slurrpee and alot of juice drink , then one go...all of them pee in any of the Tmnet branches' to help water their pots.

speed is coming back to norm for DD sites. rapid, mega...etc.
on 60.XX connections.

back to square one this morning...thank you Streamyx for giving me 4-5kbps on rapidshare, mega and mediafire

If there was another choice besides your "monopolized" business... you're well good as nothing.

You won my confidence today...as the worst crap provider money can afford $1 to $1 that you can give to any subscriber.
