Im from Ampang & yea same situation with u,already more than 1 week(i guess from fridays 1 weeks ago) started to be darn slow.

Usualy i DL MU link getting 56kb~67kb but now only 7kb~14kb.

My guess is not the so called maintanence,but more into distruption over politic issue because of byelection.

I hope screamyx fix this stupid slow by tommorow because election already over...lulz.

still can surf youtube normaly,but other stream site like prawn site always dced not even a minutes streaming.....

My speed gone back to normal now,but still no so called upgrade connecton TMnut stated.

Just a decent speed to me to watch prawn stream website back & download some comic book.

So my guess is right then,the so called "upgrade" just to prevent people from surfing internet when election coming nearby(but they lose 2-1...lulz)
