guys, you all should call this number and select 1 for NOC department. i managed to talk with 1 of their fellas and they told me the process would be CS----> lodge report in system-----> NOC. so why dont we talk with NOC directly? u know what i mean. just SPAM KAO THEM!! basically calling & email them has become my daily activity :thumbs:you must understand those shitmyx monkeys do not work if you don kick their arses!!!

i'm just back from johore (at kl now), the streamyx at both places are slow.
Anyway I found that if I tried to make a connection in the morning, at least I could get a good connection which rapidshare can reach 80kbps. Any if continued to maintain this connection, I could still get 50kbps at night. That's really weird as there's no way to get such 'good ip' except in the morning.. |

as i said. shitmyx having serious routing issue with their international connection currently, regardless which ip you are in. they claimed that they have fixed it but we all know those monkeys are lying!!!

Lately Streamyx is really getting worse and not better. Speedtest result show that cant even reach 1mbps even though lastime can reach 1.2mbps easily. Nowadays reach 700kbps or so only. The modem still show 1.5mbps like lastime but really not the case. Maybe Kepong is getting too congested but please fix the international line. Slow like hell...

FYI speedtest results cant be relied anymore. that is merely your bandwidth test. what shitmyx is having now is ROUTING problem. in my case, even i get 3.5mbps for speedtest (4mb user), my connection is still slowwwwwww due to high latency
