But all these to be done after you confirm you have not receive or will not receive the goods. And of cos after all normal channels of help been tried to no avail.
i wasnt previously urging to get the stuff. but ive purchased it two weeks ago but still the item has yet to arrive..

of coz if ur in my situation, u would like to get help by now.. ive emailed them (DELL) thru their website's customer service yesterday but im yet to receive any news from them..
