hi there, is there any skynet and dell employee/employer here?

Wanna ask if i can track my parcel using the receipients' address/details and the order code from dell. Becoz bought laptop from dell, stated that they had post it last monday using skynet. they gave me the code-buyer(to check the order at dell website) but didnt give me tracking no. from skynet itself. dell website stated that the item shud be arrive 5-8 working days and now is already the eighth day. so, any skynet staffs or dell staffs willing to help me? smile.gif becoz last time used skynet courier as well but the item arrived on the forth day, which is way faster than im facing now.

Good luck finding it. No courier person nice enough to help search via address. How to search? Those companies receive 10000+ items aday.

Go kacau the dell people give you tracking number.

Hi bro,

i understand your urge to get the stuff ... but this is Dell's responsibility to account for the delivery. The bros here if any were part of Dell's staff, they can't cross departments to check it out, it might be offending for the colleagues of their's incharge of delivery. They might get the wrong impression that, who is this fellow that keeps checking out on us.

This will inadvertly create unwanted office unhappiness for our lowyat bros, which i think is not good. The best is still go to the source, the particular Dell department and chase them up. You do have to remember where to complain cos big companies sees customer complains as a very serious thing. If they bo chap, then find the biggest online source to openly complain them to the general public or find the biggest SOB in the Dell and email him personally to complain.

But all these to be done after you confirm you have not receive or will not receive the goods. And of cos after all normal channels of help been tried to no avail.

How i wish my HP is working right now. I would have done that if i know the item is yet to arrived by now. thx for ur advise but its not applicable in my situation..

i wasnt previously urging to get the stuff. but ive purchased it two weeks ago but still the item has yet to arrive.. doh.gif of coz if ur in my situation, u would like to get help by now.. ive emailed them (DELL) thru their website's customer service yesterday but im yet to receive any news from them..

anyways, back to the topic, any staffs there wanna help me out? im not trying to trouble u guys, just want some answers since i cant contact u guys and yet to receive any reply emails..

like i said, my hp and home phone got some problem.. i would have called them if my phone is working now.. thats why my only method is via online (which is thru customer service email) but they havent replied me yet.. sweat.gif

bro,i think in ur area,not only few phones available,if u really need to know the status,u should've action already.
u can try ur school phone,school public phone,ur office phone,etc.come on man,there is a lot of phones around you.

And The Sales Department Seem Already Called Your Friend For The Delivery Arangement.
