QUOTE(Kenny_Yong_9 @ Aug 25 2011, 05:06 AM) [attachmentid=2404643] Hi, currently using MBP 2011, I bought on June. My MBP is it max can support 16gb ram? total 4 slots? Why I viewed online the ram for ddr3 1333 is around rm124 for 1x4gb? from others member 4gb+4gb only for around 150 max? bro depends whether KVR or KTA lor . KVR can find around that price but KTA is 100+ per stick

im not sure if your model supports but if I'm right there are forumers doing that on your model . KTA-MB1333/4G x 2 @ RM230 That's the model I'm buying and at that price from '' Hikari85 '' A reputable seller with great price . RM10 for postage unless you are from Penang or they have a distribution office somewhere jalan imbi if I'm right . But though now Raya , waiting patiently until GedEX open then he ship out

@BRY7
KVR = Kingston ValueRAM = Generic
KTA = Kingston Apple = guaranteed compatible with Mac

QUOTE(BRY7 @ Sep 1 2011, 03:56 PM) still the price is too much of a difference. i bought KVR 2 weeks ago for only RM69/4GB stick Added on September 1, 2011, 3:57 pmErm so far there ain't anyone having an issue with KVR ( not as far as I know of ) But guess to make me feel more secured I would go for the KTA

QUOTE(BRY7 @ Sep 1 2011, 04:00 PM) not everyone would pay for the premium price. even Corsair have Apple Certified rams, around the same price as KTA Was checking around corsair . It's more expensive . But not by much
