Sad day for me... I think my imac died on me today.. I tried to turn it on, there's start up chime and apple logo appears but after that it shuts down by it self..i kept repeating to turn it on but the same thing happens sad.gif

Nope everything is standard..never upgrade the RAM or anything...
Yup already tried resetting SMC but not PRAM since it will shut down automatically after apple logo appears..
It's not under warranty anymore and i didnt sign up for ACPP..

anyway the firewire trick, how to do it actually? couldn't really understand..
where can i get firewire drive in KL? if the logic board defected is it still possible to cover all the data inside? all my photography stuff is inside there rclxub.gif
