Hi.
I have a mbp 15 mid 2009/OS X 10.8.2 - macbook pro 5,3. When I went into system profile and clicked on the SATA. It reported that supported link is 3Gb/s but the Negotiated link is on 1.5Gb/s. It is fine now as I am on the HDD. But If I wanna upgrade to SSD later, would the NL still be capped at 1.5Gb/s (SATA1)??? |

QUOTE(D.Sync @ Dec 4 2012, 06:58 PM) I just installed KVA 8GB x2 recently and it ran superbly well until now. I even stress test the RAM by running memtest and no problem whatsoever. How bout SSD?I suppose this will be my last upgrade option for my MBP 2011 down the road now. I see no more room for improvement except a higher HDD capacity :-) |
