I see that you all mention the Momentus XT a lot here, do you know where I can get my hands one retail in Malaysia? I went to check Digital Mall last weekend and couldn't find a store which carries it.

QUOTE(n8210 @ Jul 15 2010, 04:53 PM) If one day Apple decides to make it more affordable, I'm sure many users would jump right in. Go, go, Apple!! I'm done. It ends here. Unfortunately due to our currency and our earning power, it isn't affordable. This goes the same for camera gears and cars as well

QUOTE(b48753 @ Jul 15 2010, 05:21 PM) Have u tought most people in Malaysia buying it easy way? Me also buying my mac with my own hard-earned money..But the payback was the long-lasting machines (not sure bout the portables, but the desktop so far can exceed more than 7 yrs age). The matter is just about your willingness..do you determine to get it or not..that's all.. You seemed to have taken my response totally out of context here. Added on July 26, 2010, 5:05 pmQUOTE(cRazYee @ Jul 26 2010, 04:54 PM) ah ah new upgrade » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Oh my goodness!!! Please do a before and after benchmark test, please please please? Also I read in a review that the first run of the new Momentus XT doesn't do it any justification. Do the benchmark after running it 5-6 times (e.g. boot up and running it day to day). This post has been edited by Mavik: Jul 26 2010, 05:05 PM

QUOTE(kEazYc @ Jul 2 2015, 11:51 AM) Has anyone tried to upgrade their SSD/Flash Memory on their Macbook Pro Retina 13 inch Late 2013 model? If yes, which model of SSD/Flash Memory you are using and how does it performs? Looking to upgrade it to 512GB since it is on 256GB. I am looking something from OWC. Not too sure if there are local ones which are as fast. http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/SSD/OWC/Air...-Internal-Flash

QUOTE(mrizacs @ Nov 25 2015, 11:09 AM) Hi Pro, i'm using mac mini ver late 2014, Ram 4GB and HDD 500Gb. Now looking for 128GB SSD. Any brands and location for installation recommended? You can search for any SATA 3 SSD, although I would recommend that you get at least 256Gb. I am planning on upgrading my Mac Mini Late 2012 version with a 256Gb Samsung Pro EVO or Samsung 850 Pro. http://9to5mac.com/2015/02/16/macbook-mac-...c-pro-ssd-swap/Haven't decided on which model yet exactly. You can contact Kevin of Mac Medic of 012-5805970

QUOTE(idoblu @ Feb 4 2016, 10:54 PM) Where to buy OWC ram for my iMac ? You have to order it from their website and get it shipped here. Don't think there are any local suppliers here.
