what is the idd call rates to taiwan . this question no enough specific?
of cos la , customer service must b smart la ....thr can track my number and of cos 016 2211800 is only accept local call in. is it still need me to tell the digi my location ?

tat day i face same thing again ,not call rate ,but is digi msn



actually is msn installation file cert expired i cant install ,i call them la ,they say my phone firmware outdate ,i said i already update to latest


then say my gprs setting is out ,i said juz format phone and redo all setting few hour ago



then she keep changing the story ,this problem and that problem ,


(nokia user may know ,is sisx file cert expired related to firmware and gprs setting)



in then end i dulan and hang off ,then i call my fren work @ digi and pass the line to 1 dunno team leader or watever ,i FXXX kao kao

Well, if you are unhappy. Speak to their person-in-charge. Of course try to talk to them in a nice way that you are unhappy in the service.

I suppose some of the consultants are not well-trained and some are unsure of the answers.

I called few times and whenever I speak to the people in normal queue (english, BM)... I always have experience of being put on "MUTE" (not hold) for too long. This is ridiculous.

While the Mandarin queue has been doing quite a good job though not perfect, but as long as they are sincere and polite then it will all be fine. Give them a break as long as they are polite and helpful. smile.gif

Digi's service is getting bad now. I'm currently using Rm88 plan in Digi postpaid and I have free 200 minutes call, 200 free sms and so on... Then when my statement comes, I notice that they charged me "Domestic Usage". I thought at 1st I exceeds the amount of either 200 mins call or 200 sms. So the next month, I record everything down every time I use the phone. And this month when I check again, they charge me domestic usage again but I'm very sure that I didn't exceed the amount given. So, I called Digi and guess what they say? They told me the 200 minutes free calls are for digi to digi only and I was like "What?? Why didn't you tell me earlier when I purchased the plan??" I waited a few minutes for them to pick up the call and this is the answer I get from them. Just to ask this one question, the call is 7 minutes!! Gosh... vmad.gif
