my macbook air 13 early 2015 has loose hinge issue on screen...send to repair they wont let it repair under warranty coz some dent...are they have right to take back their warrant if got dent issue?

the manufacture defect was the loose hinge and i read some review most people got effected...

so later if i got prob with touch pad, battery so no more coverage for my macbook?or still covered..
