hei guys, my MBA 2013 128GB SSD write speed os only around 290MB - 310MB.. is that normal? i've seend many youtube videos and review articels and their 128gb SSD can go around 400++
i know 256GB can go 600++ write speed...
my read speed is normal, 700++

and there is a cracking sound when u take in and out of the bag(when u hold in the middle and let it go)

and when i bought it, the guys at apple say i can only check for dents.. not scratches... and just open the wrapper, i saw a scratch already!! i was like WTH!!!! then i was like forget it, since they say scratches will not be covered... but till now, it really annoys me... like since day one, its scratched already...

what do u think if i bring to the apple centre somewhere midvalley there? what they goona do?

Hi, my white 2009 macbook seems like to auto shutdown. After the startup tone, then the screen goes black. Sent to imalaysian and they said lcd problem. Sometimes can see the ? sign but very2 blur and need to use torchlight to see.

Anybody has been facing the same issue? It is true the problem is the lcd? Thanks for the help.

I have a Macbook Pro 15-inch, early 2011 model. I'm having some issues, it will suddenly hang and the screen is distorted with vertical lines on the screen. Noticed this usually happens when running more intensive apps (or many apps at the same time). Then when I hard reboot, I'll see the grey start up screen and that will also be covered with many vertical lines (and distortion on the apple logo). After power on and off a few times then it'll boot properly.

Also noticed some black powder coming out from inside.

So recently I spilled some water on my early 2011 Macbook Pro and I sent the laptop for repair because I couldn't turn it on. The repair guy told me that it would cost around 1300MYR to repair the motherboard and replace the keyboard. The water only spilled a little a the left side so the harddisk is safe. So my question is, do you think the price is okay or should I try sending my laptop to another place?

i have a same problem right now, any solution of this case? should i reformat back? and how to?

The keyboard is typing all the Greek symbols instead of English, even I have chosen the English/U.S option at the system preference.
When I click on to the next page when in a website under safari, the page won't show up, but it will be downloaded at the 'download' application.
Can someone help me please?

my MBP suddenly have this issue.

When i plug the thunderbolt to vga cable, my MBP screen will flicker on and off. But still no display on my monitor.

It works perfectly fine using my other MBA.

hi everyone, i just got myself a 2nd hand macbook Air mid 2013 2 days ago. after clean install from 10.8 to meverick and i straight perform updates(some MBA firmware update) from appstore.during the process i didn't charge my MBA.

after updated, it perform a restart. but after the restart, my MBA is not booting anymore. i can hear the fan "zip.................zip" but it just wont boot up.

any1 face this problem? so what am i suppose to do?

previous owner claims that the MBA was bought on April at Dubai. because when i wanna check the warranty, this MBA was not registered yet and i cant register now, it require "proof of purchase" even though i put the date on April 2014. can i email apple to register this MBA?
