QUOTE(Apis_LuaLua @ Apr 7 2009, 05:25 PM) WTH!? WHAT DID I DO? And since my LR is lagging like crazy and I have nothing else to do in the mean time, let me do the soccernet article.... Benitez claims Ferguson is ''scared'' of Liverpool » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Starting a fight in an empty room. AGAIN! Why doesn't this guy learn his lesson? |

QUOTE(leongtat @ Apr 7 2009, 08:38 PM) seriously we are lucky to be draw level on the half time....seriously nit to revert ronaldo back to wing....bring a striker in....replace either carrick fletcher or scholes....where is the industrious performance at the eaerly of the season....our player seems to be lazy... ... and sloppy too. Passing like "I think i can pass to the other side of the pitch with my eyes closed." |

QUOTE(MADReaLJL @ Apr 7 2009, 09:58 PM) our cm actually really poor.. not opening enough space at all.. passing are off except ronaldo.. i think he has around 95% passing accuracy in the match I thought Ronaldo's passing was one of the few misspasses which led to the many of many counterattacks. credit to their keeper.. good performance all in all, our bad performance in 4th time in a row I felt that Evans was backing off many a times giving space to the strikers despite being in the penalty box. Fatigue could be a problem... Neville and OShea played the whole game in Aston Villa isn't it? QUOTE(Captain'z @ Apr 7 2009, 10:19 PM) This is our (Liverpool Fans) chance to disappointed MU for both BPL & UCL... You still have Chelsea tmrw. Buck up. You'll Never Walk Alone... And I never saw the meaning behind "You'll Never Walk Alone". Sounds more like a self-help group for lonely people than a football club to me. At least "Glory Glory Man Utd" means something relevant. |

To the contrary, despite my apparent dislike for Ronaldo's antics, he's still one of the rare players who can just turn out and change a whole match around. At Aston Villa, 2 out of 3 goals were scored by him, and his second equalising goal practically came out of nowhere.
Him tracking back is something that can be covered for, afterall, which player is perfect? Form is temporary but class is permanent. He's a classy player and you all know that, don't you? |

QUOTE(StygianInDepth @ Apr 9 2009, 05:29 PM) Yeah he is a good football player but just that he's not professional enough. You dont see Alan Shearer or Roy Keane doing hissy fits or standing dazed and confused everytime they get tackled. Thats just not classy. Most magazines or newspaper in the UK talks about Ronaldo's tantrum, he's got some feminine attitude. Err... actually i was responding to the statement that Ronaldo should be removed from the first team. He is something else but the word isn't really "unprofessional" when he doesn't track back... Probably lazy or like, easily fallen? QUOTE(yhtan @ Apr 9 2009, 05:59 PM) You mean RVD? |

QUOTE(aboogee @ Apr 10 2009, 06:36 PM) Its a shame isnt it? Id solely put the rootcause for our season to unravel on his absence. Its a bloody shame. Shudve got Marcos Senna really ... we knew that he was going to be out of the game for a long long time ... but we dont really have anyone suitable to replace him .. Heh? Holding midfielder =/= defensive midfielder no? Saying that, I have no idea what a holding midfielder exactly is, other than he holds the ball and controls tempo. However, having said that, SAFs tactics isnt how it was those years. No real dependency on a holding midfielder. But i cant help but imagine that if we had a DM, we wudnt have conceded the 2nd goal against Porto OH = our DM Carrick = our HM right? Aboogee, I want OH back too. |
