hmm a sloppy defending. shouldn't have let carew headed in that one. I guess SAF was afraid that Gazza wouldn't be able to cope up with Young.
Fletcher is the best player on our side. I expect a better second half.

hahaha. now all of our players being slated eh?
yes, we miss the calibre of Keano. The one who can instill the spirit into the team. I do think that Rooney has that. Too bad, he's not playing tonite. Thanks to FA and BS ref on the last match.

due to Ronaldo's reputation, do expect us not to get penalties...

We teased Pool a bit. If they can do it late, we can do it also.

Hahaha. Pool fans are saying linesman are shitty. They failed to notice that Riley is a tool. We had penalties and FKs denied all over the park. Villa played well. We won the match with individual brilliance. We played more as a team when Ronaldo and United got the second goal.
What kobe has said is true. This should boost the morale of our players. We need to be back on track now.

Papers: Reds raid Brazil?www.manutd.com» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Reds count the Costa of whizkid Manchester United are closing in on Brazilian whizkid Douglas Costa. The Gremio midfielder, 18, is attracting attention across Europe. He has been hailed as the new Ronaldinho and his club have just turned down an £8million bid from Villarreal for his services. United have been monitoring Costa through their South American scout - former centre-back Jaap Stam. Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Liverpool are also tracking the rookie, who is due to talk to interested clubs at the end of the month. Costa would not need a work permit to move to England because he has a Portuguese passport. Chris Nathaniel, Costa’s advisor, said: “The boy is special and loves the Premier League. He has a lot of offers to consider.” Shaun Custis, The Sun
The Daily Mirror claims that a promising youngster already on the United books - striker Fraizer Campbell - will be offered a new long-term contract this summer.
Former United coach Ricky Sbragia is in no doubt as to how his Sunderland side will approach the champions' visit to Wearside tomorrow. “We need to get in their faces,” says the Scot. “We have seen Fulham do it and they got joy from it. We have to show the same heart." Didn't know that Stam works as one of our Scouts. And he scouts for Midfielder?

QUOTE(isketambola @ Apr 12 2009, 04:37 PM) guys.. what do u think if Man Utd buy Diego (Werder Bremen).. I think our midfield part will be improve... Diego will help the attacking part compare to scholesy n carrick.. No offense dude, Scholesy is way more a complete midfielder than Diego does. Except, well the tackling part. Scholesy brings out the calmness on the teammates esp. his CM partner, Carrick. We were controlling the gameplay last night but as per usual, our front line still not producing the goods enough. And yes, our back line is shaky more than ever. Maybe Rio and Rafael will help that out.

Hahaha. Funny. I think time to time that Ronaldo has mentioned he is at the right club. Media loves to make a meal of everything he does. So what if he has that inner desires to play for Madrid?
So, when the time comes, he shall go. But at the moment, he is a Man Utd player and even though he plays like shite, we should back him up. FFS .. glory hunters can never understand this.
