I think may be you got some misunderstanding with them la.

As I know Keane always very nice to customer since I bought Xbox360 from him. His price is reasonable. If you go to Sg Wang, you will find that some ppl there simply quote higher price or give customer cheaper price but w/o full package or some of them even change the original accessories to 3rd party w/o telling customer. I can said Keane provide much better service to customer as compare to Hong Tai in Sg Wang.

Even my Nintendo Wii not buy from him, but when I go to his shop ask him to update software, he do for me without any charges.
