I remember one person a few months back that had a prob with earpiece speaker, he went to a nokia care near his place and got a 1-1 exchange. He got a new phone.

Other than that, all i've heard is that no nokia care wants to give 1-1 exchange. Maybe it depends on the nokia care itself.

Check the earpiece speaker prob if got. This prob tend to surface after a few weeks of use.

I do understand that u do not want it to be repaired because if repaired, quite a number of people reported that the casing become loose, got light leak etc..
