For those who are disappoint at the camera.. with the same reason you've chosen tube.. there's alot of drawbacks.. but you always look at the good side of it and be happy about it.. why can't you look at the small chances of taking good photos you can take and ignore those that didnt' go that well.. it's a tricky camera phone you need to have everything at the plus side to take good photo.. the watch was taken right under 2 white light bulb and the green catalog helps hide the noises it could create from dull colors(i actually made that up just now but my designer friend says it does help keeping the photo fresh.. green and black is good contrast, i just use the catalog to put my watch and tube on).. trying to take a good picture is some fun too.. i mean it didn't match the DSLR kind of fun.. but you don't need to bring the DSLR every time you go to work also...

Some note from the 5800 is that it auto focus and picture process is quite fast. i'm not sure it's a good thing cause compare it with my N73.. which take like 1-2 second to auto focus and 2-3 seconds to process the taken photo (before i can view it).. but N73 certainly have better capabilities on the end result..

all msg cant go in and out... all in outbox ...
restart / put to offline profile sometimes fix... sadly sometimes not...

wanna ask u guys,
how long does it takes for 5800 to lock on using garmin?
cos i tried omnia today with garmin,
damn fast, after i press the agree button until lock only around 5 secs.
But my nokia N82 under the same spot using garmin hv to wait around 3 mins.

the fastest record for me. merely 1 second. full green bars some more right after i click the 'i agree' button. that was somewhere around damansara area

on average, it takes around 5-10 seconds at any place that i've tried

Today, I replaced my earpiece and LCD at sunway NCC...

I took 2 hours and all the problems are gone now...

Since 7 p.m no more purple colour LCD problem..

earpiece problem.. I'm not sure yet (the problem is very randomly happen)

I hope Nokia update new firmware soon..

after using this hp for nearly 3months, now i have the speaker problem. will go to NCC to fix it.

ur LCD problem how ya? i think i also got LCD Problem... Coz sumtime the screen when Purple color but the background running apps still got... but the problem intermitten only... last week got ...but this week never happen.. how ya? should i claim at NCC?

Ataraxis, i have been using this phone for the past 3 mth, dont really have much things to complain about... I would say it is reliable, but you need to check properly according to FP when buying, then u will have lesser problems... Features wise? GREAT, but still rooms for improvement for user friendliness

anyone tried any of the "free" download-able software inside the phone beside quick office are really free and usable?

tried d but not quite reliable since we only use to view document but can't edit n create new since that features require a license

btw has anyone see this? Gigantic tube on street

is it create folder for font?
we need to create new font folder n paste in on memory card

Yes, rename your fonts to:
1) s60sc_c.ttf
2) s60tchk_c.ttf
3) S60ZDIGI.ttf

Place it in E:\resource\Fonts
