how long is ur long distance means? from tokyo to osaka? That make take up to 8 hours++ with the condition trafiic is smooth.
and parking fee in Japan is higher than you may expected..
so i think is better to take train.. their train system is very convienient..
If i am not wrong, JR Rail pass do apply on shinkansen...
*
yeah, tokyo to osaka,
but if taking car, sure will stop in betweens to lepak n visit, not straight down

but ur explanation makes me lean towards JR Rail, yes they apply on shinkansen, but sadly not for monorails

and those ticket is limited on certain period, you have check yourself,
although sometimes do have member come up here to report, but is better you do it by urself..

and about expense, i think first post do have info on that..

it depends on how many days...
for the expense of hotel, i think first page got, u do the calculation urself.. ok?
and food. tanoshi oledi written the average price for the food..
roughly for me is 1000yen per meal.. so u sendiri count depends on how is ur plan.... no spoon feed.. sorry to said that..

FAQ
Visa Application
Q : I am a student. How much do I need to have in my bank account for visa application?
A : Depends on length of stay. Usually, for holiday <7 Nights, RM6,000min.(applicants must have a bank statement copy, verified and certified by the bank!) with confirmed flight ticket and hotel reservation is sufficient. Refer to MY Japan embassy to confirm.

Q : How the hell am I suppose to raise that amount of money when I am a student?
A : Work / beg / borrow / sell your PC/Notebook/Motorcycle . J/k. Before you plan to go to Japan, you must have the money first, then only can plan.

from the first post...

My dear Musha,
You already inform twice to those who want to know the info, READ on the 1st PAGE please...
no need to repeat my dear...hehehe buat penat taip je hahahaha...

mmm..not enuf info? goole it then, lots of search engine in this cyber world lol...
later then YOU can ask specific question...

Tak ble lah expect we all knows everything right dude...nanti salah ckp how? common sense..be specific question...
most of our members always repeating the same answer...

Example bout train or car...its matter of MONEY, TIME & SATISFACTION the way of travel...
kalau banyak duit then driving lol best boleh tengok pemandangan, different prefecture different style/culture..tapi penat sikit
Kalau naik shinkansen..CEPAT tapi mahal..yeah time is golden...so I think for sure you can compare by yourself...

no offense ya..just sakit mata nak baca benda sama...whatever is SELAMAT DATANG ke JEPUN!!! kalau datang summer best boleh join gathering!!! thumbup.gif
